Young Voter Door Knocking

One of our very own, Matt Benchner, is running for Supervisor in Newtown Township and he needs our help! On the weekends of September 26-27th and October 3-4th, his campaign is looking to gather a team of young voters to assist him with door knocking efforts in Newtown. Voter Registration Drive

The semi-annual Bucks County Community College Voter Registration Drive will be taking place on September 30th and October 1st from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.  We currently have enough volunteers to cover the 10-2 shift both days, but we still need volunteers to cover the 5-7 shift both days.  If you can help us out on either of those days at either campus, Newtown or Perkasie, please contact the voter registration drive coordinator Kevin Mckay at kmckay@comcast.net. September Monthly Meeting

Our next meeting will be this Thursday September 24th.  It will be at Bucks County GOP HQ at 7 pm.  We will be discussing our Fall schedule with campaigns and looking ahead to 2010 which will be a very important year for our nation.

Also- if you are new to the organization, we encourage you to fill out the on-line membership form and become an official dues paying member of the YR’s for the low, low price of $10! By becoming a official member of the YR’s, you get to be a part of the best party in town and the only party in town committed to moving Bucks County in the right direction.
