Please join us on Thursday May 19th for our Summer Kickoff Happy Hour at Cheeseburger in Paradise in Oxford Valley. The Happy Hour starts at 6:30 PM and anyone who brings a copy of the e-mail promoting this event with them (digital or hard copy) will receive one free drink courtesy of the YR’s.

Also, don’t forget to vote in the upcoming Republican Primary on Tuesday May 17th. The following Young Republicans will be on the ballot for the Primary and need your support:

January Happy Hour

Our first event of 2011 will be a Happy Hour at Tony’s Place in Ivyland/Warminster, PA. It will take place Thursday January 20th at 6:30 PM. Bus Trip to DC

If you are interested in heading down to DC on January 5th to watch the swearing in of the 112th Congress, Congressman Mike Fitzpatrick’s campaign will sending down 2 busses (one from Doylestown, one from Langhorne). Holiday Events

There are a few things going on this month you should know about. First is our Annual Holiday Dinner. It will take place 6:30 PM on Thursday, December 16th at Giuseppe’s in Richboro. Cocktails are at 6:30 and dinner is at 7:00. Please RSVP to our Vice-Chair Virginia McKay at vmorgs@gmail.com by Saturday, December 11th.

We would also like to inform you of the Annual Bucks County Republican Committee Holiday Party. It will take place 3:30 PM on Friday, December 17th at GOP HQ in Doylestown. There is no need to RSVP for this party and if you cannot make it by 3:30, the party usually runs well into the early evening.

YR Summer BBQ

Second Annual Saint Patricks Day Dinner

Come out and join your fellow Young Republicans on Thursday, March 18th at Issac Newton’s Restaurant & Bar for our 2nd Annual St. Patrick’s Day Dinner. The dinner starts at 6:15 and runs until the last person leaves, or the bar closes…whichever comes first. BCCC Spring Semester Voter Registration Drive

The Bucks County Community College Spring Semester voter registration drive is taking place on Monday March 29th and Tuesday March 30th at their main campus in Newtown. Volunteers are needed to staff our voter registration table from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on both days. If you are interested, please send an e-mail to vmorgs@gmail.com by March 19th with the date and shift you are available.
